I can top that. I wish I had a naked, hairy Jewish-Irish-Canadian guy sleeping with me in my bed!!

"never let me go" nothing like starting the day out crying. Who hasn't said that, only to be left behind.

I agree, they should get married. I know Breyer wont ever let go because he LOVES Kyle with all his heart and soul. Readib=ng this strip almost made me cry, good job Greg.- Allan B.

Greg,
This may be an almost perfect example of panel art. The change in shading matches the rather electric moment, Kyle's monologue matches the mood.
I don't know what I mean by "almost" perfect!

I know how Breyer feels. I have a similar type of personality. I have been told by people that I am: "arrogant", "troublemaker,"etc. What's worse is that I am told that by my husband. I am told that if I read alot that I think that I am a "know-it-all." The crazy part? My husband KNOWS that I am right and he STILL curses and threatens to throw me out for being an intelligent, black man.
I am now making preparations to leave him. As soon as I am done with college. I am oout. I wish that Breyer would do the same. It's only going to get worse. How sad that is.

The episode in which Kyle and Breyer meet for the first time is still my favorite: in fact, my one and only favorite.

I sat up in bed last Saturday night. I looked over at my husband of 17 years laying next to me. I watched over his sleeping form, remembering the day he proposed, the trials and tribulations that 17 years brings, how he threw me a surprise 40th birthday party last year, and most of all, how he is still the most handsome man I have ever met and fallen in love with. Sure, he has his faults--but when he smiles at me I still melt like butter on a hot skillet. I know how Kyle feels--I was just there.

I like how in this issue Kyle realizes that even though Breyer can be bluntly honest, he still loves Breyer and accepts him for who he is, that's what all relationships are about gay or straight taking the good with the bad and still loving the other person.- T.E

One question how many of you know of a guy that sleeps in that position

Anonymous said...

I say: RUN! When someone stifles you simply because you are honest, then there is a problem with THEM and not you! I say run as fast as you can because he will not change. I was bitten by a black widow spider and I have a bruise that is about 3-4 Inches and my stomach was turning. My husband asked me why my stomach was turning. I just looked at him as I got up to put my clothes on to go to the hospital. I can back into our room and he had the lights out and he was asleep! I say run!

Kyle shows his vulnerability in this episode. To me, he always has everything together. But here he is, awake in the middle of the night, scared that he might drive his lover away.

Thanks for the hours of entertainment you've provided me with Kyle's B&B, Greg. And my condolences on the passing of your mother last year!

BTW, Breyer's got a great ass! Is it from all that hockey playing?

hi Greg
I love reading the comics... but I´ve noticed that the color and B/W pics aren´t the same! Is the bottom left pic different in both versions? In Color one, Breyer and Kyle´s eyes are open while in B/W are closed!
