Wow, never thought I would relate to Richard - I'm not "hot, well built, has a nice bubble butt, can flirt with guys i'm attracted to...
But, I am like Richard, i'm attracted to guys who are my "polar" opposite; and keep getting rejected...just would love to go on a date once & awhile...(one of my best friends is named Richard; and kind of looks like Kyle/Andrew combined...LOL)...

i'm beginning to think that poor richard will not find someone to date. the key word is date. it would be funny if that drill sergeant looked him up for a date/advice. and i think brad could be looking for a long term relationship but might still be stuck on kyle a bit? i can sympathize with richard.

forgot to add - I LOVE THIS COMIC STRIP!

So he is finally starting to realize where he has been going wrong. About time. But then, if he does settle down, that fun loving tramp we all like will go away. . .

It's time for Richard to settle down and for Greg to introduce a new young character whose growing pains will keep us entertained without making us cringe at the absurdities.

Good move Greg! Time for Richard to realize he is an adult.

Enough with Richard and his pity parties...
I'm so sick of listening to him whining endlessly about how he can't find a man!!

It's hard to be sympathetic to Richard, but I'm trying.

I'm sympathetic to Andrew, who appears to have been abducted and subjected to "caucasian plastic surgery".

I didn't like Andrew's answer at the end, a last-minute hypocrytical save compared to what he said before more spontaneously.

Btw, he indeed lost his asian appearance!

Um, I'm not sure what Andrew looked like before, but he looked pretty Asian in this episode to me! That was my first reaction while reading it: "Who's the hot Asian guy?".

Also not sure what went down between him and Richard when they were dating, but I'm guessing Andrew dumped Richard when he got too annoying?

I would have slammed the door in his face at 3:30 am -I have no time for drunks looking for pity. I have no sympathy for Richard, he's a twink, circuit boy lives for the bars type clone. A dime a dozen. Grow up,lose the hair dye,the earring and stop trying to pick up every guy that makes your dick hard. In the real world this guy would be broke ,working at Mcdonalds.

Besides the Richard cliches.
Ever notice that besides the perfect six packs that about every guy has here ,that whenever there is a new visitor/resident to the B&B they are attracted to one of the main characters or vice versa.
I don't find any of the characters attractive since I'm not into twinks, stuck up men or users. Seems that the author of the strip likes playing out ever cliche and stereotype -sexual and otherwise.

Does Richard have a job? Andrew looks like an Asian guy only an Asian guy on steroids. But that's ok because Kyle's B&B exists in a steroid universe so he doesn't stand out.

The thing is that Greg does figure drawings and uses real people to model. I wish he used his inspiration from real people so we could have more of a variety here, like in real life. If you took all the characters and just used their headless silhouettes, you would not be able to tell them apart with the exception of the beer bellied auto mechanic , and that includes the female characters.

I can relate to Richard to a small degree. I find that in the gay world, men are too preoccupied with shallow ideas of male beauty (i.e. six pack stomach, muscles, good looks) all of which fades with time. Richard may have to consider that his party-boy mentality is not becoming for a man his age...he might be taken more seriously if he grew up.
