....NEW EPISODE! NEW EPISODE! YAY!!

...This was probably the most anticipated episode I've EVER waited for of the B&B...I was even checking for it at my Bosses' Desk this Morning! Don't worry, I've cleared the browser... : )

Well, this is a first; an actual death at the B&B. It DOES seem a bit surreal...I hope Our Rudy won't be written out due to trauma!
But, it was nice to see a more 'heavier' topic at the B&B; It balances out the episodic wait times, and makes one invested more.

Aaaand, honestly speaking...I have a little discomfort at Richard hitting on the Hot Cop..For Me, it throws off the serious aftermath, and doesn't show him in a caring light...but, he was threatened / insulted by Robert, so I guess he doesn't HAVE to be invested in Rob's death....My opinion.

And besides, if we wanted a 'lighter' touch, more Drew and his 'Easter Basket' pin-stripe Trousers in the panels could've done it! : )

...anyway, Thanks Greg, keep it up, LOVED IT!

Is the insistence in the last panel supposed to tell us that Robert is not dead and will come back to tell us how good he was? (DC)

Loved the last panel.... Good reflection on the nature of people and how our perceptions of someone aren't always as black and white as we'd like....

It was a good wrap up to the story , my only complaint is the stupid one panel Richard hitting on the cop thing. I mean Rudy almost got killed, a guy died and then you have Richard and his stupid little trampy pick up stuff. There should be a panel in the next story that shows Richard getting carted off to jail for harrassment

This was a dark little story. But I appreciated it. Men like Robert exist and terrible things happen everyday, even in gay sanctuaries like the B&B, as we all well know...

Drew looks good in professional attire. Don't know where that came from but... do he and Lance share clothes? (which is hot - I can only swim in my bf's clothes, he's quite tall and broad)

And Richard. Sigh. Always tone deaf. And I'll say it again, while Richard isn't one of my faves, he represents a subgroup of gay men that are people too and aren't jokes. It can't be Richard at this point without a personality transplant, but I hope to see another colorful effeminate character come in and actually be desirable.
Can't REALLY blame him for thirsting for that cop though. Let's see that cop again too!

Why do I suspect Terrance really was the guy Rudy really was seeing the whole time, and he was called away on some emergency or urgent business matter.

Robert, Terrance's doppelganger, stepped in with his criminal record, having read Terrance's diary; intent on theft and taking Rudy out. Terrance then shows up after his business is concluded and there is confusion and drama when he tries to reconnect.

Perhaps too many years of reading the strip and too many years of watching soap operas. . . .

@ Troy Haliwell Interesting twist. I was thinking the real Terrance would visit the B&B (like a ghost from the past) to learn what happened, apologize for Robert's behavior, etc. Hopefully he wouldn't be the vengeful type with anger towards Rudy. Interesting story -

I do find Richard a really annoying - though I suppose his purpose is the be the comic relief. I'm trying to make sure it's not bias against effeminate guys (as I also dislike Jeremy) or is it the way they're written in the strip?

It would be interesting to see a local police officer become a B&B resident. Having gone to college on Long Island I certainly never saw many cops as fit as those in the first panel.

Well,I was feeling that an actual death might finally occur at the B&B from what happened in the previous episode; And now we got the answer. I too love prime time soaps and wonder if this story is beginning to wrap up or will we see a bit more of Rudy's survivor recovery or another shocking twist. Richard being his usual self,lol..inappropriate. All in all, this has been my one among many, favorite storylines.Definitely the most edge of your seat in anticipation one. Geeat as usual, and hopefully this will come out in book form too in the next collection.

I don't think that this is realistic. For example, in previous episodes, the ledge doesn't look like it was that steep. Also the hit on the head with an iron would've put him out completely and there is no way that he would've been able to get back up so quickly after being knocked unconscious. The dog magically appearing was something that I found to be not true because there is no indication that the dog was even there initially....I find Richard to be THE most annoying character along with Price and Brad and I was hoping that one of them bit the dust but no...Nice try, but no dice

....To Jack; your negativity and constant critique on the 'realism' of the storylines & plots of the B&B from you has become BE-YOOONNND exhausting.

I do agree to an extent that some of the Characters has 'stalled' somewhat in development through the years (Brad & Rich, It ain't 1993 anymore), but I appreciate it (& them) for what it IS.... a Cute lil' strip that is is given (fo' FREE!) that involves topics that GAY MEN (and their lovely Lesbians) can read, relate to, and enjoy.

The Robert / Rudy attack storyline (to me) had a 'Thrill" resonance to it; It was very "Rear Window"...something to capture your attention for each panel, continue, and make you wait for the next episode.

My lovely Greg is doing this ALLLL by HIMSELF(again, for FREE) EVERY OTHER WEEK, which means Character development, panel planning, shading, and MUCH more that we may not even know, to give readers a lovely 'stay' at the B&B. And, I DEFINITELY support him by buying his books on Amazon (I have Four, and I'm thinking of the Drew prints, by my 11YO Niece may question it...LOL).

But, If YOU wanna find the faults (which you do; I've been reading the strip for almost a decade, & the only way I KNOW your name, is from the negativity of your posts),then, by ALL k-iiinds of means, I will happily call you a Cab!

...as for ME, I'm enjoying muh Pancakes (AND, muh Tea), and I'm -a keep on SIPPIN'....C-ya!

I would say that the panel with the solo policeman is a little bit 2 timing (word slipped mind). When he tells another that he is brain washed by society when picking up men. Now he is going over the wall with his choice of man.

Please give me the phone number of the officer - what a dream of a man....

It's a good thing that you want to remain that way. You sound like a Glee project reject in your response but I'll attempt to indulge you anyway since I have SOME free time,

I don't see how gay men can relate to the topics when for one (1) it's only about showing them in underwear and (2) lesbians are non existent along with the transgender individual. THis is typical of gay culture on the men's side at least

To you the storyline "had a thrill" to me it was boring after he hit him on the head. And....? "Greg is doing this all by himself" And...? He is an artist and he choses to put this on a PUBLIC forum and it is subject to interpretation.

"Call me a cab?" Wow....Did you think that one up yourself...? "Reading for a decade?" You should really get out more. It'll do you good....I tire of this boorish conversation.
