This could be a good side story - bring it to the front when there is an argument or a celebration of some sort. and I am thinking that the Scots-man, McManus, will somehow become involved. And the newer member of the house too (but forgive me, i cant think of his name just now) Richard can be brought in for interior design, with former members of the cast visiting when the rooms/apts are finished for the holidays festive parties. So, Yeah, spend some money and generate some new storys/money for Kyle's B & B .

...Yes, they are 'fictional' characters, but the ALL have interesting backstories, that intertwine with who's residing at the B&B; ..they all have 'unfinished business', like:
- will Price cook up a scheme to get Brad? - will Mannis & Jeremy's relationship be tested with 'close quarters'? - will Sergei & Jake move in? ...or, just Sergei!? - will Darren move to a Police Academy? ..or help out at the B&B? - and, will Price wear those Hot-ass Shorts, again? 😈
