...as I mentioned, this is becoming a very interesting Story arc, because of how many ways it could go.....some scenarios....
1. Dave finks Lance out and tells Jase about Lance's hatred for Price causing him to lose Attorney work at his Agency, and Jason sues Lance for Workplace discrimination (ALSO airing out Lance's dirty laundry, sleeping with clients at his previous firms).....
2. ....Lance is starting to have feelings for Jason (being like-minded individuals), and starts to (unknowingly) jeopardize his relationship with Drew, bring on some interesting relationship arcs that could either solidify (or damage) their union.....
3. ...Lance (finally) realizes he has feeling for Price (alluded to, in panel 7), which could explain this longstanding hatred for him...because it's pent-up Sexual energy, knowing that Price can bite the Pillow HARD...
....#3 WOULD make sense! ...they look GREAT together, they talk the same, they're NEVER out of their Dress clothes (yet look outstanding OUT of them), it would free up Brad & Drew, the 'Himbos' of the B&B to date again), & they have a comedic "Alexis & Krystle" vibe that (although dated for Gay Men), is HILARIOUS in a Comic strip!
...although I wouldn't mind a Drew / Jase / Lance love triangle, we FINALLY need an answer to where Drew & Lance are headed.....hopefully, Lance will 'head' to Price's Bedroom and 'intensely dislike' Price's B-U-T-T up against the B&B walls! ...ha-HAA!!
Lance wants Price so badly, it hurts. Whatever the case may be, jealousy is eating Lance up alive. But as the devious Iago warned Othello, some kind soul ought to remind Lance, "Oh, beware, my lord, of jealousy! It is the green-eyed monster which doth mock the meat it feeds on."

...the 'Cake' fight was the most hilarious (Ep. 392) but at the same time, real SEXY (with Price in the green socks & B-ooty shorts), legs open on the bottom, with Lance straddling him... covering Price, with creamy frosting....
This is taking an interesting turn and i cant wait to see how it turns out and how it will impact everyone involve. Lance may either actually have feelings for Price or just want one night with him, either way im here for it lol. Should be interesting how this will impact his relationship with Drew, if somehow the subject of Lance liking Price comes up. All i know is the drama may just be beginning for Lance
I dunno that this episode gives much clarity to any possible Lance/Price relationship potential. Plenty of people just don't like someone and take it out on everyone around them. The last Lance/Price fight I recall was an over-the-top fight at a reception that ended up with both of them going into a swimming pool during a reception for Lance's ballet company. That didn't go anywhere, despite the obvious potential.
Job offers are notoriously ephemeral, especially when qualified, as Lance did in his initial statements. The people that need to get all engaged in this scenario are Lance and Price. I don't see Jase suing anyone successfully here - sorry @RBS7079!

I suggest scenario #4: Drew, in his capacity as a counselor, finds out about this background covert sabotage, {Richard's newsletter, where else?!} Drew approaches Lance and suggests that he "talk it out with Price" to resolve the tension and the spillovers that are causing collateral damage to everyone else. Ka-Blammo! or "BREAKTHROUGH!" as counselors say!

I think that Lance and Price are too much alike but Lance is a top and Price is a bottom. That being said, I don't think that it's a sexual tension between them. I don't see the attraction but I did see angst when Lance beat him down with those wedding cakes. That being said: either have Lance and Drew get married or have Lance hook up with Darren or Kristian. I DO however think that Lance and Drew should show growth (UGH).
As some have mentioned, there’s a lot of sexual tension between Lance and Price who are similar enough to be a power couple while also sexually compatible. I too remember the pool scene (and being nude together afterwards). Price has made his attraction to Lance clear (though Price would sleep with anyone hot who gives him attention). Lance himself has had a few encounters about the house.
It’s wrong of Lance to hamstring Jason’s career and his own firm’s legal success out of envy, jealousy or anger about Jason/Price. He seems most annoyed about being out of the loop. I hope this is resolved as Jason is an interesting and valuable new character, and possibly housemate. There’s no fire nor chemistry between Lance and Drew; Lance seems merely to tolerate Drew (much like Eduardo and Darren tolerate each other) yet with more annoyance and contempt from Lance. It doesn’t radiate love any longer, and certainly not the heat which would occur if Lance gets to pound Price’s cakes. Eagerly awaiting more to this story. Maybe Jason and Drew would make a nice couple?

I don’t think there would be any connection between Lance a Kristian (a traveler focused on LGBT rights around the world) or with Darren (working class military turned police officer who enjoys comics). Other than being gay and also Black there’s nothing in common to connect them; Kristian and Darren seem line down to earth types who’d be repulsed by Lance. Perhaps Lance is attracted to Jason and finds the hookup with Price tarnishes that attraction and fantasy. That could be an angle. Lance and Drew getting married seems dead- Lance deflected every opportunity to pursue that and now rejects Drew sexually. They might as well revert to renting separate bedrooms.

Could this be a kin to the story in Aesop Fables: The Fox and the Grapes? Try as he might, the fox couldn't reach the grapes. He just concluded that the grapes were 'sour' anyway and not worth the effort. Maybe Lance secretly does desire Price, but is trying not to admit it?
I agree with @RBS709 that Darren and Eduardo getting together was a bit of a surprise, but I was somewhat pleased. However, you can't deny the chemistry between Darren and Levi when they first interacted. I thought they would develop into something, especially when Price didn't invite Levi in when it was freezing and Darren was quick to jump into action to find him. Also, Levi's feelings for Jeremy seemed to happen out of the blue. I love the series and hope for a shake up. I may be wrong for being Team Darren and Levi, but I am curious to see if Price and Lance will just have one night of releasing the sexual tension among them.
@Frank: but we see this all of the time with people killing the careers of others out of spite. Lance is no different. To be honest with you, I was starting to see passion between Drew and Lance but hen Greg just abruptly stopped developing Lance' character for no reason. We still do not know who he is exactly. We have no clue as to how and why he even works in his job.....That being said, it's the same thing with Price. I still don't understand how a guy who comes from money ends up at a bed and breakfast place. When are we going to see his family? Is his family homophobic? etc. That being said: I truly think that Price slept with Jason just to cause commotion. Drew is just plaster on a wall at this point and he just lets Lance walk all over him...I don't think that Lance and Price would make a good couple because again, they are way too much alike and would never be able to trust each other...
