Well, quite the turn of events. Nice to see Delia! And Richard has a bf! Though I’m not a Richard fan it’s great he has some happiness - or does he? Delia is very sharp and smells a rat from the voice with a last name as his first name. Love does cause mistakes in judgement, and Richard did miss “Terrance” in a big way (whom Price accurately sized up). Let’s see where this goes- maybe Price will step in to defend and protect Richard, leading to the dastardly duo connecting romantically like I’d always thought they should. A few lower body observations- Delia, they’re cute but what’ve you got on your feet girl? Enjoy seeing Price pants-less as always (he could play Trevor in Ghosts tv series). Kyle, Coach needs to train your legs. You’ve a nice trim physique yet even Rudy and his cane have bigger calves.
I forgot to mention we’re now seeing Richard as the subject of house gossip. I have a feeling while Richard’s character loves being center of attention, he would NOT appreciate gossip about him.
Is Richard's date an AI guy? Price is such a pr*ck! Love Delia's pajamas. And Kyle's calves are fine, but he could beef up some in his upper body. And is he staring at Price's dark and furry chest?
.........."FLETCHER"!?? ...I'm judging him ALREADY! ...ha-HAA!! ....well, Donna Summer.... -I mean- Delia, pulls out her best 'Moo-Moo', to introduce us to 'Fletch'; Richard would be SO elated to be dating someone serious, he would've mentioned Fletch to Kyle....or, SOMEONE....which makes me a tad cautious about 'Fletch'......
.....and, Frankie Baby (above) is right about Rich missing the background check on Terrance (regardless of him being a Twin)....but, seeing Richard be the center of some nosy Drama is ALREADY piquing my interest.......
....along with Price, walking around with a hand ready to slip under his 'Nightgown' ....In which, I'd have NO problem 'milking' HIM! ...MOOO-OOH!! ...ha-HAAA!!
Good to see the B&B be the setting for this latest episode - nothing like early morning confabs in your jammies with your housemates! Speaking of jammies: Price is wearing the classic over large sports jersey - good choice. I notice that he is parting his hair differently - sort of a modified pompadour with a right side part - interesting. He looks different.
Delia's Moo cow slippers are cute, as is her two piece Holstein cow pattern pjama set!
I think it's kind of a stretch to think "scam artist" from one phone call, but this IS a SOAP OPERA strip! Maybe Richard has some secret reason that makes him scammable - maybe someone HE screwed over in the past is stalking him? Karma and all that?
These are the "Days of Our Lives" ....err.. "Kyle's Bed and Breakfast"! Stay tuned!

....I used to LOVE that type of Jersey; 'Janet' from "Three's Company" put those on the MAP for Girls to wear! ...didja know she was supposed to wear a certain 'number' , but opted for a 'Zero', not to tie it to any Football team!?
....AND, Price's hair is still the same, we rarely see a side profile of it.....Brad actually thought Price looked HOT without the hair goop (when they slept together....platonic-ally); But, alas, Janet didn't have a set of hot, hairy, Muscular Legs to look at....
....But, JACK did, in that brown robe he lived in! ....grrrrowllll!!! ...ha-HAAA!
