...Oh, Jeremy, You & your sly shade :) ...He even had me look 'Soporific' up, and even I knew what it meant!

Watch it Lance, this One could 'do' it.. :)

A four syllable word from Jeremy - usually his sentences are four syllables. Not sure where this character is going - aside from diversity not sure what he brings to the B&B except new person to hook up with. When Jake was introduced, there was depth and history to explore and his dating introduced other guys on Long Island to the strip (who perhaps will later move in as characters). It's been nice seeing Price evolve, would enjoy seeing more of Breyer - and what's happened to Dave, and Delia? Maybe one of the past B&B characters might visit when in the area - unless it's only a long term accommodation....

I'm not particularly drawn to Jeremy either. Who moves to a B&B years after having spent a one night stand there? And Lance should realize Drew isn't complaining before listening to Jeremy's soporific comment. Perhaps Jeremy is trying manipulate him into sleeping with him again by making Lance think he has something to prove. Be gone, Jeremy.
I miss Kyle and Breyer and real romance in the strip.

Would Lance really not know what "soporific" means, and even if he didn't, would he admit it? He'd probably do what I did and just look it up.

Is Jeremy really "Alex Forrest"? Will Drew find Hasenpfeffer for dinner one night? Will there be a denouement among Lance, Jeremy, and Drew in the communal shower at the B&B? Oh, I like this story-line!!! ;-)

Jeremy is trouble. I don't trust him.

Nice to see someone take Lance's total egotism down a notch.

Things are still weird at that point. Is he telling the true or not? we will have to read more chapters to find out. Yeah I had to check what soporific means... hahaha.

In time, Greg, tks to answer me in the previous chapter about my interest in see Kyle shirtless. One of the moments u mentioned I know, I'm just curious about nowadays. It was some years ago, ur pencil and ink kind of changed and now u work with colors and patterns. Kyle is hot and make me curious see what he hides under all these garments.

hugs

Oh Lance, get over yourself already. Soporific-what a nice way of saying "the sex was boring". Touché

I am just happy to see someone come in who is not troubled or not needing some sort of emotional or mental checkup. Just someone who is plain happy compared to all the drama and who can apparently use the English language and words that are outside the most commonly used

Plus someone to put Lance in his place. So much for his degrees when he does not even know what soporific means.

In case you did not:

soporific |ˌsäpəˈrifik|
adjective
1. Tending to induce drowsiness or sleep: "The motion of the train had a somewhat soporific effect."
2, Sleepy or drowsy: "Some medicine made her soporific."
3. Tediously boring or monotonous: "A libel trial is in large parts intensely soporific."

I, too, have a hard believing that Lance--whose vocabulary is easily the most extensive in the comic--wouldn't know what soporific means. (FYI, I did know what it meant! I took the GRE and had to study lots of obscure words, so yeah...I did look it up, though, to see if I remembered correctly, though!)

Generally, I don't mind Jeremy. (Right now, anyway.) He's like a gay, Asian Marilyn Monroe. lol

Well. That should be the end of that. Lance said what he had to say. Jeremy said his piece. It's over. There's no need to drag that out and make a bigger mess. But you know queens are that way and someone is going to want more drama out of it

What do the characters do between two episodes? (DC)

All you guys had to do was read "Maurice" by E. M. Forster and you'd know what "soporific" means.

They just don't make gays like they used to.
