...GREG FOX, who we're all Thankful for, for giving us Comic strip about a openly Gay Man who has a Family of Friends who love, care & are beside him, with his warm pancakes, a roof over their heads, and a caring individual who respects them, and allow themselves, to truly be who they are....GAY.....
....now, with the mushy stuff outta the way, let's see how the characters should get story shake-ups, when they come back for the New Year....
BRAD: ...goddammit, bring back that Blatino stud GARY! ...Brad can hang with him, undress with him, wear sexy spandex with him, etc....Brad NEEDS a Buddy, by now...
RUDY: ..more 'elder-Gay' oriented storylines; we have a WISE Man amongst these Hunks, let's see him extol wisdom, experience, & advice...he's may be Older, but he's not dead....
DREW: ...drop the Mark Spitz Speedos, & get him into, sexy slacks, fitted dress shirts, and more work-oriented storylines...he's the HOTTEST, smartest Guy at the B&B, NOT a himbo...
JEREMY: ..still, NOT my fave character, but have him hang with Delia, Lisa & Richard more, and have him wondering about Marriage & Kids more, showing him wanting to settle down....
LANCE: ...more warmth! ...more respect for Drew! ...more MARRIAGE talk!...and, more BODY, less SUITS...
LEVI: ..he needs to STAY at the B&B, like, yesterday....
RICHARD: ...he needs a REAL JOB, like, tomorrow...
SERGEI: ...I'm aware his worry for his Family in the Ukriane disallows him to have any sexy storylines, but have him hang with Nick & Dave more, and help at the B&B, to keep him occupied....
DARREN & EDUARDO: ...have Ed FINALLY get outta College, have Darren support both of them, & have them starting a life together...but, still stay at the B&B, until they can fly out, on their own....
PRICE: ...Price needs an act of contrition; he needs more moments of humanity, more interaction with Brad (for a more believable shot at a relationship w/ him), and more ASS SHOTS.....
MANNIS: ...a new Boyfriend (...Levi, maybe!??), more work oriented storylines, more interaction w/ Rudy, & more BODY SHOTS...with-OUT a kilt, thankuverymuch...
Thanks Greg Fox, for this innovative way of showcasing ALL the characters whom we haven't seen for most of this year. Also, with Mannis, for example, it lets us know that the kilt shop business is still in operation and keeping him employed.
Most people's lives are like this to friends - episodic, punctuating long periods of just getting on with living.
Very nice. I especially liked Rudy and Sergei's thanks.
Did I miss the episode where Dave moved out? I assume he's living in Nick's apartment now that they're married, but don't remember if he got a proper sendoff or not.
...It was never shown; Dave went back to Canada, where Nick proposed, and Dave came back to tell everyone (Ep.330 / 331), and Dave (was assumed) to have moved out, to live w/ Nick....
....but, looking at my B&B Books, I'm shocked to remember, that Price actually was introduced to us (Ep.287), before DREW! (Ep. 343) ..Nick & Dave had that lavish Wedding (during the pandemic)....
...well, I just my Coffee, and I'm hyped, sooooo....ha-HAAA!! ...Greg will possibly chime in, but I can give a (somewhat) brief synopsis....
...Greg originally started a strip featuring a 90's Rock band that had a member who came out as Gay (Kyle) in 1993; he shopped it around, and NO ONE wanted to touch the Gay character story-line...then, Greg shelved the Rock Band idea....
....then (late) 90's Gay publications like "HX" and "Next", were running Gay-oriented Comic strips like "Chelsea Boys", "Ethan Green", etc. which were becoming Popular; Greg was commissioned by Gay Newspapers to create a strip...he took the Kyle character, and created "Kyle's Bed & Breakfast", which appeared locally...
....GENRE Magazine commissioned Greg in 1999, to carry over his strip when a Newspaper folded; I was collecting Greg's strips (from the Papers), and his 1st strip appeared in the Donna Summer Issue of GENRE (Aug. 1999, I may be wrong about that date, though..)
....then, GENRE dropped him (2002?), and Greg (smart cookie that he is), took advantage of the growing internet boom, in Early Y2K...
...He started his webpage afterwards, when NO ONE knew of the term "B&B"....The characters first revolved around Brad & Kyle, then, Lance, then Rich, then Eduardo...Greg 'cleaned' Kyle up a bit (Kyle had a 'darker' past in early editions), and we've all been havin' his pancakes, SINCE....
...AND, it's become the longest running Gay-themed Comic strip, ANYWHERE in the World, 25 Years and counting....that's REAL Good service, I'd say.... ; )

I confess that wasn't what I expected. My expectations were to see Kyle and Dennis kissing naked in a bed.
...well, ONE PERSON was forgotten....

Different question - What was the origin of the B&B? Is there an origin story series of strips somewhere?
@RBS7079, who, as resident historian, will surely know!

Also remember that flight attendants are not sex-workers whose working life will be over at the turn of 40[-ish].
