..BUT, Richard DOES; I was wondering when Levi was gonna get the Once-over from Richard, in relation to his Fashion sense....; Levi HAD to been a spiffy dresser if he was a Pharmaceutical aide, WHY was he still in his knit caps n' Hoodies!?
...we all remember when he got his Hair cut, and looked EXACTLY like Drew, that Greg had to jettison it; He can keep the long Hair, just....ZHUZH that ASS up.......a bit! ....ha-HAAA!!
...p.s., Is Greg workin' up to send Jeremy & Levi off into the Hawaiian sunset together, like Matthias & Njord!? ...to be continued....
...I'm wondering if Greg is going to bring up Levi's Bisexuality, in this story arc w/ Jeremy; He's being played like he hasn't any experience with a Man, in ANY way, therefore making him nervous, and....almost SHCOOLGIRLY.....
...Levi was dexterous enough to live out of his CAR (while homeless), so it's not ringing true that he's all 'ga-ga' over Jeremy, who doesn't see it..... I WOULD like to see it played, like this....
...Rich tells Jeremy about Levi's crush, & decides to give it a whirl; they go out, Mannis catches view, and becomes jealous....He overpowers Jeremy w/ tantalizing Hot Sex, and a 3-way triangle ensues....
...Levi tells Jeremy he's not sure about starting a relationship w/ a Man because he MAY fall for a Woman, and wants Kids; Jeremy wants Kids, too, and they decide to adopt, sending Mannis into a RAGE, knowing Jeremy didn't want to Marry HIM, without provisions....
kinda tired of richard, hes a one dimensional stereotype of the annoying in your face queen. and fox always has him portrayed as this gay mary worth type. levi is fine the way he is , i just hope fox doesnt have him clean shaven and looking like another boring preppy

...here goes...Richard's BIGGEST problem (in this strip) is he's the LEAST evolved character, aside from his Hairstyle; He has become mature, caring, and concerned...but still played like a 1998- era Queen, rambling on about Clubs, DJ's, Haircuts, flashy clothes, Deborah Cox, "Believe" -era Cher, etc., and there's nothing wrong with that....
...I always referred to him as 'Ringo', because Greg seems to portray him like a Mascot, to finish with a quip, & let the "Hunks" direct the story-line...I've been SCREAMING for an evolution of Rich, because it's TIME....
...give him a JOB (a Work-from-Home); He can work for a Gossip channel, become a Fashion Assistant, do Hair at a Men's Salon, or bring back Max Edgington as an uncontrollable 'Divo' who Rich can only calm....
...Richard seems to be in purgatory; he needs GROWTH,and if he shows it (in the strip) maybe we'll be interested in him more....
@Mi Ci - I love your description of Richard as a "gay Mary Worth." You're spot on! The original Mary Worth comic strip character was originally called "Push cart Mary" and she sold apples from a push cart during the Depression. She evolved over the decades into a meddlesome advice maven, who always seemed like someone's slightly out-of-it grandmother talking about "What the young people are doing!"
I was surprised to see Jeremy in his wintertime togs. Isn't it spring on Long Island? Don't 30-something men who've just won big wrongful discharge settlements go out shopping and buy better clothes?
What is it about Jeremy, anyway? Why is he supposed to be such a hottie who won't commit? I guess if he travels all the time he wouldn't be home enough to see someone very often, so as a perfect "relationship-avoidant" job, being an air steward can't be beat!
What about Sergei? I LIKED him! He was brusque, funny, direct and very upfront about his thoughts and feelings. I say let him and Jeremy talk it out and see where it goes.
Maybe the plot needs to drive the characters for a while, instead of the characters driving the plot. They seem to be in low gear - not enough drama! Let something DRAMATIC happen - but funny, if possible!
