..This Episode is something I've always wanted to see, but, not RIGHT now; I've always been interested in the working situations of the characters that have such high-profile jobs, & the ones who should start them.... Lance interviewing his Ad agency this way is VERY bold, because he may NOT be speaking for everyone involved AT the agency, including Dave....
...This Ballet company KNOWS they need an 'image' makeover(..they're hiring for a reason), but, Lance should've HINTED what he could do for them, NOT bring up the Ballet dancer's (supposedly) "private" online pics, & the embezzling scandal...I hope this grandstanding is WORTH it, Sir Lance...😬...

the hypocricy of lance talking about who is bringing the drama makes this post totally unrealistic. first of all, let me tell you that I work for an advertising agency. if these problems did exist, there would be an upfront discussion of them and it would be had with professional demeanor. any proposal would include and recognize how to deal with image problems and in fact would seek to creat an image that offered a new identity for the company. we don't even see him give a proposal and suddenly there's all this attitude going on. lance does not merit the salary he might command.
...y'know Rav, I worried my 1st comment was probably mis-read as me not liking Lance, because a LOT of People on the KB&B's Facebook page, applauded Lance's 'clapback'....But, I KNEW I was right, due to my OWN history in Art & Advertising (..I got a Bachelors' in it!), AND My Music Business history, dealing with Singers / Producer's with....umm, 'tarnished' images.....
...Although he showed gumption, be-LIEEVE me, that wouldn't play right with his Agency; He's representing a TEAM of People...Lance doesn't OWN the Agency, he WORKS for it (along with Dave)....He put HIS own spin on it, and, if Lance's firm saw what he did, he'd be ousted, QUICK-FAST 👎....
..Also, I agree with discussing the Ballet Firm's 'tarnished' image, behind CLOSED doors, professionally; Lance shining a light on THEIR indiscretions, especially during an INTERVIEW, surely wouldn't land him that gig...🙄..
...I am pleased to see Lance getting some story-line shine again, though; I hope he may wannna enter Ballet again, 'cause Lance's round juicy butt, firm thighs, and, ummmmm, 'bulge'-arity, will probably get me goin' ...moreso than USUAL! ...ha-HAA!! ((🍑))😜
@raven, this is clearly one of those dramatized job interviews that you see in TV series or movies, I don't think it pretends to be realistic (although it's SO unrealistic in so many details big and small that it's almost involuntarily ludicrous)
