This traditional Christmas episode did not disappoint. Good to see some of the people we have missed or seen very little of this year. Merry Christmas and/or Happy Holidays to all.
@Patrick in Dallas - agreed! I did not recognize a few of the characters [ panel 1, green shirt, drinking out of red cup; Panel 2 - far right, green and white striped shirt w red Santa hat; Panel 3 - woman on left w brown hair "Lisa"]
The dialog was up to its usual standard of being semi-snarky, witty and intriguing ["Maybe you should tell him the truth, Darren."]

"....Good to see some of the people we have missed or seen very little of this year...." ...we seen VERY little of many, this Year! ...ha-HAA!! ....some observations.....
1. ...It looks like Levi is actually gonna leave; his leaving is CONSTANTLY mentioned, and even though he make an ATTRACTIVE addition (I love how he's the shaggiest & shortest of those 4 studs, in Pnl. 2), it looks like Greg is gonna give him a send-off...possibly, in Jan., 2024... : (
2. Lance looks good...like, REALLY GOOD! ...leaner, hotter, more relaxed...It's time Greg gives him a personality makeover....much like Delia, she went from looking like Beyonce to Donna Summer!...ha-HAAA!!
3. DO NOT give Darren PTSD! ....This Couple is RARE, and for laid-back Darren to have 'issues' this early, will derail the calm, reassuring relationship they just entered....
...well, Happy Holidays to the Gang, and to the READERS...I apologize for my 'One track Mind' talk in my comments...but, if YOU went to a Xmas Party with THIS much 'easy access', wouldn't dirty thoughts be on YOUR mind!?? ...ha-HAAA!!

This was really a great strip. Nice conversations between people and just overall movement from panel to panel.

Lots of talking about Levi leaving, but he never seems to go anywhere. I feel like the character has run his course; let's finally ship him off, please.
I like this glimpse into Lisa and Delia's burgeoning relationship. I'm not usually a fan of women in gay male-centered art, but there's something about these two, despite their exceedingly rare appearances, that I'm rooting for.
Still don't care for Darren, but God bless Steve for advancing his storyline. The sooner we get to it, the sooner it will be over.
Despite how others feel, I like Jeremy very much. I like how his character has evolved since his introduction, and I thought his relationship with Mannis was interesting and unique. I hope they get back together. Gay Asian men are so underrepresented in American pop culture, I think it's great that we get to have a three dimensional representation of one in this strip.
I hope the New Year brings a storyline for Rudy, some progress in Lance and Drew's relationship, and a check in on Kristian and, especially, Jamie. That storyline has been languishing far too long, Greg.

...some viewpoints, if I may..:
1. ...I totally agree about Jaime (spelled that way); He confessed to Brad he's falling in Love with him (even though he's 'straight'), the train Car Doors close, and....GONE! ...LOVED that Boy, his Booty was outta the WORLD, and that messy, curly hair....ay-yi-YI....
2. ...Anyone who reads my posts, knows I abhor Jeremy...but, I must confess... he HAS evolved into an interesting personality; Greg gave him a bit of 'East Village New Yorker' vibe, but he does ZERO for me....and, it has NOTHING do do with his ethnicity.....
...I always said I didn't like JEREMY, not, '..that Asian Guy, Jeremy'....just wanted to clear THAT up....
3. ...while I DO love the Lisa / Delia pairing, I feel that Greg can't REALLY delve into the machinations of it, because he is a GAY MALE...I love their inclusion (and Delia doesn't need to be Brad 'beard' anymore), but, it's clear they'll be paired together, and live off the sidelines....a 'surrogate' storyline (w/ Jeremy) MAY be super-interesting, though....
4. ...I know Darren may not be your Cup O' Tea, but I LOVE him! ...nerdy, shy, quiet...with a HOT ROCKIN' Bod! ...He's 2nd to Drew, being the 'effortlessly smokin' Hot Guy' at the B&B, and Greg stays MEGATRUE to the character...but, PTSD!? ..no bueno....
...anyhoo, that's my take...TOODLES!
I certainly never imagined that your dislike of Jeremy had anything to do with his race. I'm just saying that ONE of the things I like about him is that he's a gay Asian male, a population very rarely represented in pop culture.
