It's that time of the year again! (Just scroll down a bit for the poll and the instructions!).
Who do you think was the star-player in the storylines of the B&B this year? Keep
in mind, this shouldn't necessarily be about voting for your favorite character, (although
you can, if you want to). Ideally, this poll should be about voting for the character who
really had a groundbreaking year in the B&B stories.
Voting ends on Saturday, December 30th at 6:00 pm EST. Winner will be announced
and the crowning ceremony 👑 will commence later on that evening. You can only vote
once, so think carefully about your vote! (As always, in the unlikely event of a tie, or
if the poll is somehow compromised, the winner will be determined in a separate poll on the
Kyle's B&B Patreon supporters page).

...I have NO idea why there is a "Man Of The Year" Poll, when we ALL know Levi's gonna get it, in a LANDSLIDE! ..HA-HAAA!
...He was the ONLY Person who had anything resembling a continuous story-line, and, he was SO well liked, that no One wants him to GO to Hawaii! ....let's do the run-down...
LEVI: ...His 'homeless in a blizzard' story arc was short, but thrilling, and opened the convo up about Gay homelessness, Pharmaceutical Employment mishaps, Judicial awardship(s) for Gays,& introduced us to Jason....Levi, is the CLEAR winner...in every SENSE.....
BRAD: ...still boring, but his burgeoning jealousy to 'Coach Dickwad', and possibly losing Price to Jason, may open up some winning story-lines for him in 2024...but, NOT this Year...
KYLE: ...always in the 'middle' section of these polls, but we MAY see him edge up to the closer spots this Year, with his Coach Dennis story arc...here's hoping...
DREW: ...A beloved character (& multi MOTY Winner), just...disappeared...NO more Mark Spitz speedos, MORE story-lines for him, Greg....
LANCE: ...gone, but his fight w/ Price in the Pool, was a nice 'lil bump...but, he needs a SERIOUS makeover; have him marry Drew NOW, become warmer, and show more FLESH....It's TIME....
RICHARD: ...THE character that was grown up...but, not fully; GET A JOB, earn your keep, get a date or Two, and stop bein' NOSY....we'll be interested in him more, because of it...
SERGEI: ...his Ukraine situation keeps him out of story-lines, but he's a MUCH beloved character....put him w/ Nick more, so the 'Bears' who read the strip will have something in common....
RUDY: ...ANOTHER loved character who really should be seen more; have him at the Kilt store w/ Mannis more; it shows him out & about, and it shows him surrounded by younger People, more...also, it will show a closer bond w/ Mannis....he's NEEDED, Greg....
MANNIS: ...a GREAT character, sidelined with NOTHING to do...have him with Darren & Ed MORE, and put HIM in the speedos / Kilts / undies....and, keep him AWAY from Jeremy....
JEREMY: ....bring in Jason, throw away Jeremy...SIMPLE....
DELIA / LISA: ...make them official, have them move in together, and show up time-to time....that's it....
NICK / DAVE: ....The ONLY Gay Married Couple, and they're GONE!? ...we should see them MORE!...if anything, Nick's needed more than EVER, w/ the Bear-ish Mannis, Sergei, & Dennis floatin' about, with NO One to talk to....
DARREN / ED: ...new Love, new Job, new relationship...& the FIRST Black / Latino OPENLY Gay Couple (in Comics), ANYWHERE...They need to be explored more...and, they're setting the tone for a HEALTHY Gay relationship at the B&B...and, DO NOT give Darren PTSD!
PRICE: ....the most 'cartoon-y' character, needs a shake-up...BUT, if Jason gives him the dick-down we THINK he's gonna get, he may have a better 2024, than ANYONE at the B&B!! ...let's hope Price finds his Heart....while, get that butt RAMMED....
JASON: ....a bit forward & arrogant, and that haircut is questionable...but, he's VERY likeable, and has a new 'energy' the B&B needs...ditch Jeremy, bring Jason in...he'll fit nicely, w/ Price, Lance, Drew, & Levi....
...and...COACH DENNIS: ...And, speaking of rammed BUTTS....Kyle needs a MAN, and Coach is packin'...ummm....a healthy set of Bat n' Balls, for Kyle to feel good n' lovely with...I'm still on the fence of this character (I feel he may have some underlying homophobias)...but, a new fling is always fun...especially, if he's THICK between the....SHORTS.... ; )

This year it's a difficult choice to make, I'm not saying I voted for my favorite character I'm not saying I didn't... I do agree with RBS7079 that Levi is going to win MOTY this year, his stay may have been short but it was memorable and impactful....
As for Edren I'm hoping whatever they face in their relationship in 2024 is nothing that they can't overcome, they're a ground breaking couple in the world of comics, if any couple breaks up it should be Lance & Drew, why Drew puts up with him Greg only knows.
I think that Kyle deserves to be the man of the year for 2023. If it wasn't for him welcoming people into the B&B, then these characters wouldn't have met and made friends with each other. On the other hand, Richard should also be a close contender for man of the year because even though he can be a Nosy Nancy, there have been times when his intervention has gotten some of the characters out of the well.

....well, I will say this...as expected, Levi has 42%(!) of the lead (for now), but....Kyle is SECOND, for the first time....EVER!
....a Hot Older Man with a big....BAT... does GOOD things for a Guy, 'eh!?? ...ha-HAA!
Wondering why you left Dennis off the poll, Greg, considering he got more screen time this year than most of the other people who are featured. I wasn't going to vote for him anyway, I'm just curious.
